Option A
Distribute instruction
This is usually the easiest option. Copy the instruction and paste it into e.g. an e-mail.
Feel free to supplement with your own information about what applies.
In the user list, you can continuously see who activated the code.
A user who already has an account and knows how to log in only needs the code 453734 to add themselves.
Option B
Send invitation
Send an autogenerated invitation and connect the user
An error message is displayed after a few minutes if an invitation "bounces" due to an incorrect address. In that case, send a new adjusted invitation and disconnect the incorrect one.
Invitations are sent with noreply@skotselskolan.se as the sender and these can sometimes become classified as spam. In that case, ask the user to search throught their e-mail spam folder.
